This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Originate and oversee the processing of purchase mortgage loans from application to closing while ensuring adherence to compliance standards.

• Transform company-generated purchase opportunities into funded loans through proactive follow-up and consultations with borrowers.

• Cultivate relationships with customers, Zillow Preferred Agents, and relevant local partners.

• Maintain an active pipeline while fulfilling service levels, productivity metrics, and funding expectations.

• Utilize Zillow’s CRM, loan origination systems, and data-driven tools to ensure pipeline health and enhance customer engagement.

• Collaborate with processing, underwriting, and closing teams to facilitate efficient loan movement.

• Provide a consistent customer experience through phone, email, and text communications.

• Remain informed on market trends, lending programs, and regulatory requirements.

• Keep active licensing, fulfill required education, and engage in professional development activities.

• Manage the collection, storage, and use of voiceprints for operational and compliance purposes.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in mortgage origination with a strong focus on purchase transactions.

• Active NMLS Loan Originator status with appropriate state licenses or a Loan Originator designation under a federal bank license.

• Successful completion of the 20-hour CORE Pre-Licensing Education requirement.

• Achievement of a passing score on the SAFE Mortgage Loan Originator Test – National Component with Uniform State Content.

• Must be physically located in and work remotely from Indiana.

• Demonstrated success in originating purchase loans within a high-volume, phone-based sales environment or agent-centric referral model.

• Strong orientation towards client service and consultative sales skills.

• In-depth understanding of the mortgage process.

• Comfortable operating in a structured, performance-driven setting with defined KPIs.

• Exceptional verbal communication skills and the ability to quickly build trust.

• Strong time management, organizational, and pipeline management abilities.

• Proficient in CRM, LOS, Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

• An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
