Mortgage Loan Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Successfully complete AmeriSave's IGNITE paid training program.

• Develop skills and gain insights into the mortgage lending industry through comprehensive training and support from the management team.

• Become a part of AmeriSave's team of mortgage professionals following your training.

• Offer mortgage lending solutions and assist individuals in realizing their homeownership aspirations.

• Achieve and surpass sales goals in a dynamic environment.

• Earn commissions based on growth, with an increasing percentage as sales objectives are met and exceeded.

⛳️ Requirements

• No prior experience in the mortgage industry is necessary.

• Background in sales and/or experience in a service-focused environment is preferred.

• A strong desire to help individuals fulfill their aspirations.

• Self-motivated, driven by results, and comfortable working in a highly competitive, fast-paced setting.

• A competitive spirit, energetic demeanor, and a positive outlook are essential.

• Attention to detail with exceptional decision-making abilities.

• Proficient written and verbal communication skills, including persuasive selling techniques.

• High-speed internet is required for remote work.

• Must have cable or fiber internet with Ethernet connection capability.

• Minimum internet speeds required: 70/30 Mbps (basic), 200-300/35-70 Mbps (shared), or 500-1,000/100+ Mbps (heavy usage).

• Availability required Monday–Friday with the possibility of some weekend hours.

• Must be available for two late shifts per week, Monday–Thursday, concluding at 12am EST/9pm PST.

• Must be available for local standard business hours from Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Thursday.

• Remote applicants must not reside in California.
