Mortgage Lender

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.

📋 Description

• Generate mortgage loans

• Assist bilingual and underserved borrowers by providing appropriate mortgage products

• Organize and facilitate mortgage transactions throughout the lending process

• Clearly communicate lending-related information to borrowers and other parties

• Oversee multiple projects while ensuring organization and precision

• Operate independently and collaboratively as part of a team

• Travel frequently as necessary

⛳️ Requirements

• At least three years of experience in originating mortgage loans

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required

• Comprehensive understanding of mortgage lending principles and regulations

• Strong familiarity with various mortgage products

• Excellent interpersonal abilities

• Strong skills in both verbal and written communication

• Capability to convey lending-related topics clearly and concisely to others

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Comfortable and familiar with information technology, especially digital communication methods

• Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Robust analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

• Must maintain compliance with SAFE ACT requirements

• Current registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) or ability to become registered upon hiring

• Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a desk and on a computer

• Frequent travel required

• Must be able to lift 5 pounds occasionally
