This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +2 more states.
• Collect payments on designated overdue accounts
• Examine account records
• Reach out to customers/clients via phone and/or written communication
• Establish repayment plans
• Reduce losses to the organization
• Work Monday–Friday from 11:15 AM to 8:15 PM EST, along with one Saturday per month from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM EST
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• At least one year of experience in collections and/or customer service roles
• Basic understanding of loan collection policies and procedures, fair debt collection practices, and relevant laws
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
• Capability to identify and resolve issues while organizing and interpreting information
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Mortgage experience is highly preferred
• Candidates must adhere to U.S. Bank policies and procedures, including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct, as well as workplace conduct and safety policies
• Must meet all applicable employment eligibility verification standards
• 10% Shift Differential for EST & CST Time Zones
