This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
β’ Manage a substantial pipeline of post-submission mortgage cases (100-140+), ensuring effective progression to completion.
β’ Serve as the primary point of contact between customers, lenders, conveyancers, and surveyors.
β’ Provide clear and proactive updates at every stage of the process.
β’ Collaborate closely with Mortgage Experts to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.
β’ Oversee DIP submissions, lender communications, offer follow-ups, and document verifications.
β’ Keep track of lender service levels, rate fluctuations, and policy changes.
β’ Enhance case turnaround times for improved efficiency.
β’ Focus on a specific segment of the process and become a subject matter specialist.
β’ Expedite customer mortgage applications from submission to completion with accuracy and speed.
β’ Work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where adaptability is essential.
β’ Minimum of 2 years' experience in a high-volume, end-to-end mortgage case management position.
β’ Proficient in managing a large caseload under tight deadlines while remaining organized and detail-oriented.
β’ Strong comprehension of the complete mortgage process and lender specifications.
β’ Comfortable with navigating rate changes and lender service level agreements (SLAs).
β’ A collaborative team player with a customer-centric approach and a flexible attitude towards shifts and Saturday overtime.
β’ Availability to work 39 hours per week according to a shift schedule.
β’ Willingness to work Saturdays for voluntary overtime.
