This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Offer mortgage guidance to clients.

• Manage high-volume mortgage applications.

• Establish immediate connections with clients while upholding the company’s 4.7/5 Trustpilot rating.

• Leverage AI technologies, data, and innovative workflows to enhance efficiency and precision.

• Operate in the advice-centric “Advice Zone,” with the Case Management team addressing administrative tasks, lender follow-ups, and packaging.

• Achieve KPIs and provide exceptional advice to qualify for the guaranteed income floor in the first year.

⛳️ Requirements

• Fully qualified Mortgage Advisor with complete CeMAP certification.

• Clean regulatory history.

• At least 18 months of active advising experience.

• Demonstrated success in high-volume submissions.

• Capability to excel in a fast-paced setting.

• Proficient in utilizing AI, data, and new workflows.

• Ambitious and adept with data.

• Skilled at forming immediate rapport with clients.

• Committed to maintaining the company’s 4.7/5 Trustpilot reputation.
