This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +2 more states.
• Proactively seek to grow and enhance your territory through effective management and selling techniques.
• Strategically plan and execute tasks to meet or surpass sales objectives.
• Serve as the product specialist, delivering education and training efficiently to all clinical end users and hospital personnel within your designated area.
• Collect market intelligence (including product details, pricing, promotions, discounts, etc.) through observation, discussions, or research, and strive to identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate independently and as part of a broader team to build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders.
• Ensure timely follow-up and swift resolution of customer/patient technical and product concerns, including after-hours support when necessary.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND a minimum of 6+ years of experience* OR Associate’s Degree AND at least 4+ years of experience* OR Bachelor’s Degree AND a minimum of 2+ years of experience*
• Relevant experience in sales, clinical settings, or related fields within medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.
• A minimum of 2+ years of experience in hospital, medical device, healthcare technology, or clinical sales.
• Proven track record of managing individual sales quotas successfully, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
• Experience in selling within acute care settings, such as ICU, Med/Surg floors, procedural sedation, perioperative care, or respiratory departments.
• Strong comprehension of the hospital sales process, including navigating various stakeholders and clinical decision-makers.
• Experience in providing clinical education, product in-services, or training to healthcare professionals.
• Demonstrated capability to prospect, initiate new business, and expand market share within a specified territory.
