Monitoring Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.

📋 Description

• Lead and manage the initial and ongoing Risk Management for studies.

• Engage in the selection and configuration of the Risk-Based Monitoring (RBM) platform.

• Conduct Centralized Monitoring for studies, which includes evaluating Key Risk Indicators, performing Statistical Analyses, and establishing Quality Tolerance Limits.

• Deliver Centralized Monitoring analysis results to study teams and clients.

• Oversee issues within a cross-functional environment.

• Develop and review specific plans tailored to each study.

• Establish and manage targeted Source Data Verification (SDV) and monitoring strategies for studies.

• Organize and oversee Central Data Review activities for a study.

• Contribute to proposals and participate in bid defense meetings by providing insights into Risk-Based Monitoring services.

• Relay study challenges to the Clinical Data Science group and formulate data-driven solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A college or university degree, or an equivalent blend of education, training, and experience.

• Experience as a Clinical Study Lead or Manager.

• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.

• Strong leadership skills and the capability to work independently.

• Proficient critical thinking and analytical skills.

• Ability to navigate complex data and extract insights regarding risk reports and trends.

• Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and a quick learning curve.

• Familiarity with processes and functions related to clinical trials.

• Understanding of study protocols and associated risks.

• Full working proficiency in English; knowledge of Lithuanian is an advantage.

• Proficient in MS Office applications.

• Strong skills in Excel.
