Money Coach

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver comprehensive financial counseling and educational services.

• Guide members on topics such as budgeting, debt management, credit, home purchasing, student loans, and other financial matters.

• Help alleviate anxiety for members during phone and video consultations.

• Cultivate dynamic and supportive relationships with members.

• Encourage clients to engage in an ongoing financial coaching relationship.

• Simplify complex financial concepts for better understanding.

• Investigate intricate issues to devise innovative solutions.

• Maintain detailed notes while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.

• Motivate behaviors and financial practices that promote members' long-term financial health.

• Engage in thorough training and ongoing professional growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bilingual candidates are preferred.

• Must be available to work two evenings per week.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant consumer finance field.

• Strong motivational abilities to drive behavioral changes in personal finance habits.

• Demonstrated success in persuading clients to participate in value-added services and solutions.

• Exceptional listening skills that foster empathy and understanding.

• A degree from an accredited institution or equivalent practical experience.

• High proficiency with computers, software, and technology.

• Willingness to embrace a culture of continuous improvement.

• A genuine passion for assisting individuals in need.

• Must successfully pass a standard background check.

• Must undergo and pass a drug screening.
