Modern Workspace Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Deliver advanced support for Modern Workplace services, ensuring the reliability and accessibility of solutions.

• Investigate and resolve intricate technical incidents that first- and second-level support teams could not address.

• Conduct troubleshooting within Microsoft 365 environments, focusing on identity and access management, endpoint management, and virtual desktop settings.

• Assist in the implementation of operational changes and service enhancements, adhering to change management protocols.

• Collaborate with global teams and Service Owners to investigate issues and address critical incidents.

• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including runbooks, knowledge articles, and operational procedures.

• Identify opportunities for automation, process enhancements, and Shift Left initiatives.

• Engage in Problem Management and Major Incident Management activities, contributing technical analysis and root cause identification.

• Ensure SLAs are achieved by monitoring and updating tickets throughout the resolution process.

• Work with cross-functional teams to promote continuous improvements in user experience and service reliability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in supporting and administering Microsoft Modern Workplace environments.

• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory/Entra ID, and Microsoft Intune.

• Experience in troubleshooting enterprise Windows environments and managing endpoints.

• Familiarity with PowerShell for automation, administration, and operational support.

• Knowledge of ITIL processes, including Incident, Change, and Problem Management.

• Advanced proficiency in English for effective written and verbal communication with international teams.

• Strong analytical skills for resolving complex issues and determining root causes.

• Experience with Okta (preferred).

• Understanding of Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) (preferred).

• Familiarity with Microsoft Autopilot and Microsoft Defender (preferred).

• Possession of Microsoft certifications (MD-102, MS-102, AZ-104 or similar) (preferred).

• Experience in automating operational processes (preferred).
