Modern Work Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and implement AI-ready Microsoft 365 foundations from start to finish for mid-market and enterprise clients.

• Establish a secure, governed, and scalable environment for agentic AI, ensuring production readiness for Copilot, agents, and enterprise-scale AI applications.

• Create secure and compliant Microsoft 365 tenants that encompass identity, data governance, compliance, and collaboration features.

• Act as the main technical authority and trusted advisor regarding Microsoft 365 architecture and AI readiness strategies.

• Manage rollout sequencing, pilot programs, change management, training initiatives, and post-launch support.

• Provide guidance to engineers and consultants collaborating with the architect on project delivery.

• Participate in technical presales efforts, proposal development, and creation of statements of work.

• Ensure delivery excellence, customer satisfaction, utilization, revenue goals, and positive customer outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience delivering Microsoft 365 solutions within consulting or enterprise settings.

• Comprehensive understanding of the entire Microsoft 365 tenant, including Entra ID, Intune, Purview, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.

• Proficient in identity and access management, particularly with Entra ID and Conditional Access.

• Skilled in device management, including Intune and Defender for Endpoint.

• Knowledgeable in Microsoft 365 licensing.

• Demonstrated success in leading adoption programs, including governance, champion networks, training, and change management.

• Capable of clearly articulating Microsoft 365 architecture to both executive and IT stakeholders, with the ability to configure it autonomously.

• Familiarity with Purview, including Information Protection and Data Loss Prevention (DLP).

• Experience with migration tools and PowerShell scripting.

• Desired qualifications include Microsoft certifications: M365 Administrator Expert and Endpoint Administrator Associate.

• Experience with Microsoft-funded or time-constrained migration projects is preferred.

• Background in mentoring engineers or leading small delivery teams is advantageous.

• Experience working with mid-market or enterprise clients under tight deadlines is preferred.
