Moderate Litigation Adjuster

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Conduct investigations into automobile accidents involving one or multiple vehicles that result in property damage and/or bodily injury with involvement from attorneys and litigation.

• Evaluate coverage, liability, and damages associated with claims.

• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the claims process.

• Communicate effectively with customers and attorneys via phone calls, emails, and text messages.

• Negotiate equitable injury settlements with customers, vendors, third-party carriers, and claimants.

• Perform thorough damage assessments and interpret policies to ascertain coverage.

• Analyze and negotiate claims settlements utilizing legal and business practices.

• Manage challenging and intricate negotiation scenarios.

• Utilize estimation tools, job aids, and settlement platforms.

• Implement policies in accordance with policy agreements.

• Maintain precise records within the claims system.

• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of claims.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience managing represented third-party Bodily Injury claims.

• Experience in handling litigated Bodily Injury claims.

• Proven experience managing claims in Texas.

• Understanding of insurance policies, coverage, and liability assessment.

• Strong capabilities in critical thinking and problem-solving.

• Excellent communication skills, particularly over the phone.

• Capacity to work independently and remotely while effectively managing time.

• Familiarity with innovative tools and platforms for claims assessment.

• Ability to work from home with a committed, private workspace.

• Reliable internet connection with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload.

• Candidates must undergo a background investigation.

• An adjuster and/or appraiser license may be required within 60 days of employment if applicable; this license is not necessary before hiring.
