Modelador/a BIM de Estructuras – Revit

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Develop and review BIM models for structures using Revit.

• Model structural elements such as columns, beams, slabs, footings, walls, and construction details.

• Create, modify, and maintain BIM families of structural elements.

• Prepare BIM models for the generation of drawings, technical documentation, and project deliverables.

• Coordinate models with other disciplines (architecture, MEP, and structures) to ensure proper project integration.

• Participate in quality reviews of models and BIM documentation.

• Attend internal technical meetings and client meetings to monitor project progress.

• Apply sustainable design criteria and best BIM practices in project development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Technical education in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Drafting, or a related field.

• Experience in BIM modeling for structures.

• Proficiency in Revit for modeling, documentation, and BIM model management.

• Experience in creating and editing BIM families.

• Knowledge of concrete and steel structures.

• Experience in multidisciplinary BIM coordination.

• Understanding of BIM standards, processes, and methodologies.

• Ability to interpret drawings and technical documentation.
