This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Vietnam.
• Offer legal and strategic counsel to clients regarding immigration compliance service delivery.
• Oversee and regulate Remote products and services to ensure immigration compliance.
• Build, nurture, and enhance relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Develop in-house immigration services to boost revenue generation, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
• Evaluate, prepare, and submit visa and work permit applications.
• Keep abreast of immigration law and ensure continuous compliance with regulatory updates.
• Manage internal documentation processes.
• Address escalations, assess when senior-level review is necessary, identify solutions, and assist stakeholders in achieving timely resolutions.
• Advise clients on specific travel requirements and immigration procedures.
• Act as a primary contact for business travel and sponsorship matters.
• Monitor case statuses utilizing case management and billing systems.
• Leverage immigration knowledge to provide solution-oriented responses for complex client situations.
• Operate independently and take responsibility for daily tasks.
• Enhance processes through automation and thorough documentation.
• Demonstrated experience in immigration compliance, global mobility, or related fields, particularly with an emphasis on immigration.
• In-depth knowledge of immigration procedures and processes necessary for maintaining immigration compliance.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
• Capacity to maintain composure and efficiency under pressure during times of increased workload.
• Experience in the technology sector or within a rapidly growing and scaling organization is highly advantageous.
• Flexible and adaptable team player who can adjust to shifting priorities or changing processes.
• Proven customer-facing experience.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse client groups.
• Strong desire to deepen knowledge of global immigration legislation.
• Experience working remotely and/or asynchronously with minimal supervision is a plus.
• Must possess fluent English writing and speaking skills.
• Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
