This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Offer legal and strategic advice to clients regarding immigration compliance service delivery.
• Oversee and manage Remote products and services to ensure immigration compliance.
• Develop, sustain, and enhance relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Identify, manage, and create in-house immigration services to boost revenue, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
• Evaluate, prepare, and submit visa and work permit applications.
• Independently track and oversee immigration law, ensuring continuous compliance with regulatory updates, and manage internal documentation.
• Effectively address escalations, assess when senior-level review is necessary, identify solutions, and guide stakeholders to timely resolutions.
• Provide guidance for specific travel requirements, advise on the immigration process, and act as a point of contact for business travel and sponsorship matters.
• Manage case statuses by skillfully utilizing case management and billing systems.
• Leverage immigration expertise to deliver solution-oriented responses for complex client cases.
• Work collaboratively as a team member while taking ownership of daily responsibilities.
• Actively enhance processes through automation and documentation.
• Demonstrated experience in immigration compliance, global mobility, or related fields, with a specific focus on immigration.
• A thorough understanding of immigration procedures and the standard processes necessary for maintaining immigration compliance.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced and ever-changing work environment.
• Capacity to maintain composure and efficiency under pressure, upholding high-performance standards during peak workload periods.
• Experience within the technology sector or at a company that is rapidly growing and scaling is highly advantageous.
• Flexible and adaptable team player capable of adjusting to shifting priorities or evolving processes seamlessly.
• Proven customer-facing experience, with strong communication skills and the ability to effectively engage with a diverse array of clients.
• A keen interest in expanding knowledge of global immigration laws, with a desire to develop expertise.
• Experience working remotely and/or asynchronously with limited supervision is a plus.
• Must be fluent in both written and spoken English (additional languages are a benefit).
