This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Deliver legal and strategic advice to clients regarding immigration compliance service delivery.
• Oversee and manage Remote products and services to ensure immigration compliance.
• Build, maintain, and enhance relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Develop in-house immigration services to boost revenue, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Analyze, prepare, and submit visa and work permit applications.
• Keep abreast of immigration law and ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory changes.
• Manage internal documentation effectively.
• Address escalations, assess when senior-level review is necessary, provide solutions, and guide stakeholders to timely resolutions.
• Offer guidance on specific travel needs and counsel clients on the immigration process.
• Act as a point of contact for business travel and sponsorship cases.
• Track case statuses utilizing case management and billing systems.
• Leverage immigration knowledge to deliver solution-oriented responses for complex client cases.
• Operate independently while taking ownership of daily tasks.
• Enhance processes through automation and thorough documentation.
• Report directly to the Manager of Mobility within the Mobility team.
• Demonstrated experience in immigration compliance, global mobility, or related roles, with a strong emphasis on immigration.
• A solid understanding of immigration procedures and the processes required to ensure compliance.
• Capability to excel in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Ability to maintain composure and efficiency under pressure, upholding high-performance standards during peak workloads.
• Experience in the technology sector or with companies experiencing rapid growth and scaling is highly desirable.
• A flexible and adaptable team player who can adjust seamlessly to shifting priorities or changing processes.
• Proven customer-facing experience, highlighting strong communication skills and the ability to effectively engage with diverse client groups.
• A keen interest in expanding knowledge of global immigration laws and a desire to develop expertise.
• Experience working remotely and/or asynchronously with minimal supervision is advantageous.
• Must possess fluent written and spoken English (additional languages are a plus).
• Proficiency in utilizing automation and AI capabilities in role-related tasks.
