This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.
β’ Deliver legal and strategic advice to clients regarding immigration compliance service implementation
β’ Oversee and manage Remote offerings and services to ensure immigration compliance
β’ Build, nurture, and enhance relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
β’ Develop in-house immigration services aimed at boosting revenue, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
β’ Review, prepare, and submit visa and work permit applications
β’ Independently track and uphold immigration law, ensuring continuous compliance with regulatory updates, while managing internal documentation
β’ Address escalations, assess when senior-level review is necessary, identify solutions, and assist stakeholders in achieving timely resolutions
β’ Advise on specific travel requirements, provide guidance on immigration procedures, and act as a contact for business travel and sponsorship matters
β’ Manage case statuses utilizing case management and billing systems
β’ Leverage immigration expertise to deliver solution-oriented responses for complex client scenarios
β’ Work independently, take initiative in daily tasks, and engage as a cooperative team member
β’ Actively enhance processes through automation and thorough documentation
β’ Demonstrated experience in immigration compliance, global mobility, or related fields, with a particular emphasis on immigration
β’ In-depth knowledge of immigration procedures and the standard processes associated with ensuring compliance
β’ Capacity to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
β’ Proven ability to maintain composure and efficiency under pressure, upholding high-performance standards during peak workload times
β’ Previous experience in the technology sector or within a rapidly growing and scaling organization is highly advantageous
β’ Adaptable and flexible team player who can smoothly transition in response to changing priorities or processes
β’ Proven customer-facing experience, showcasing strong communication abilities and the capability to effectively engage with diverse client groups
β’ A keen interest in deepening knowledge of global immigration laws, with a desire to grow expertise
β’ Experience in remote and/or asynchronous work environments with minimal oversight is beneficial
β’ Fluency in written and spoken English is essential (additional languages are a plus)
