This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
β’ Deliver legal and strategic advice to clients regarding immigration compliance service delivery.
β’ Oversee and manage Remote products and services to ensure immigration compliance.
β’ Develop, sustain, and enhance relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
β’ Identify, manage, and implement in-house immigration services to boost revenue generation, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
β’ Analyze, prepare, and file visa and work permit applications.
β’ Independently keep track of immigration law, ensuring adherence to regulatory updates and managing internal documentation.
β’ Address escalations, assess when senior-level review is necessary, create solutions, and guide stakeholders towards timely resolutions.
β’ Advise clients on specific travel requirements and immigration procedures, acting as a point of contact for business travel and sponsorship cases.
β’ Manage case statuses utilizing case management and billing systems.
β’ Leverage immigration expertise to provide solution-oriented responses to intricate client cases.
β’ Operate independently, take responsibility for daily tasks, and work collaboratively as a team player.
β’ Actively enhance processes through automation and documentation improvements.
β’ Report to the Manager of Mobility, as part of the Mobility team.
β’ Demonstrated experience in immigration compliance, global mobility, or related positions, especially with an emphasis on immigration.
β’ A thorough understanding of immigration protocols and the standard processes required for maintaining immigration compliance.
β’ Capability to excel in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
β’ Ability to remain composed and efficient under pressure, upholding high-performance standards during peak workload periods.
β’ Experience in the technology sector or with a company experiencing rapid growth and scaling is highly desirable.
β’ A flexible and adaptable team player who can readily adjust to shifting priorities or changing processes.
β’ Proven customer-facing experience, with a strong focus on communication skills and the ability to effectively engage with diverse client groups.
β’ A keen interest in broadening knowledge of global immigration laws, with a desire to develop expertise.
β’ Experience in remote and/or asynchronous work with minimal supervision is a plus.
β’ Must possess fluent English writing and speaking skills.
β’ Additional language skills are advantageous.
