This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Recruit, train, and mentor technicians specializing in mobile services.
• Perform field audits, conduct safety inspections, and carry out performance evaluations.
• Ensure adherence to OSHA, DOT, and FleetPride safety standards.
• Manage the scheduling, dispatching, and workflow of mobile services.
• Direct daily field operations to ensure prompt and high-quality repairs at customer locations.
• Optimize technician dispatch processes to enhance response times, minimize downtime, and boost productivity.
• Facilitate effective communication among branch operations, technicians, and clients.
• Offer customer communication, technical assistance, and updates on repairs.
• Cultivate long-term relationships with customers and identify opportunities for preventive maintenance.
• Oversee customer and vendor portals to ensure compliance with contracts and national accounts.
• Manage the department's profit and loss, labor, inventory, and expenses.
• Review and authorize work orders, invoices, and timecards.
• Report on utilization, efficiency, and metrics related to revenue growth.
• Collaborate with regional and branch leadership to achieve operational and financial objectives.
• Supervise the maintenance, inspections, repairs, stocking, and readiness of mobile service vehicles.
• Support initiatives focused on growth, efficiency, customer experience, technician development, and certification.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Proficient in using computers and familiar with inventory catalogs, as well as various Microsoft and Google Docs applications.
• Experience with Learning Management System administration and reporting is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is necessary.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time.
• Demonstrated experience in Mobile Service operations and customer service.
• Strong skills in customer service and sales.
• Capability to manage a profit and loss statement.
• Ability to calculate productivity metrics.
• Must be available to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and on-call duties.
• Ability to work in various indoor and outdoor conditions, facing changes in temperature, vibration, dust, and vehicle noise.
• Cell Phone provided.
• Laptop, potentially equipped with diagnostic capabilities.
• Access to a Motus or Company Vehicle (preferred).
