This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Conduct mobile repair operations in both U.S. and international locations.
• Restore engines, modules, and components to serviceable condition.
• Carry out on-wing inspections, repairs, and installations for P&WC clients.
• Maintain the availability status for Aircraft On Ground (AOG) scenarios.
• Provide support in hangar and field environments.
• Oversee airframe interfaces and manage direct customer interactions.
• Execute engine troubleshooting and diagnostics, including updates to EEC software.
• Assist with P&WC program initiatives as necessary.
• Uphold a positive representation of Pratt & Whitney while delivering customer service in the field.
• Be prepared to work extended hours and travel both domestically and internationally, with travel requirements of up to 90%.
• Associate's degree or equivalent 2-year post-secondary training, combined with at least 6 years of experience in inspecting engine parts, refurbishment, troubleshooting, repairs, and returning engines, modules, and components to service, or similar relevant A&P experience.
• Must possess an active Airframe & Powerplant License.
• Capability to obtain a U.S. Passport.
• Eligibility to acquire an international Visa.
• A current valid driver's license is required.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the company's immigration sponsorship, either now or in the future.
• Previous experience with Pratt & Whitney engine repair/inspection, particularly in HSI (hot section penetration, detail inspection, reinstallation), is highly preferred.
• Experience with P&WC-powered airframes is preferred.
• A 4-year degree in Aviation Maintenance Management is preferred.
• Significant hangar/FBO/field experience, including rigging, R&I, MRP's, and aircraft interface, is preferred.
• Flexibility to work after hours, on weekends, and during holidays as required.
• Willingness to travel up to 90% both domestically and internationally.
