Mobile Mortgage Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Expand the mortgage business by seeking referrals from realtors, builders, financial planners, and other influential sources.

• Enhance sales skills and credit knowledge through focused training programs.

• Collaborate closely with the Senior District Sales Manager through joint sales appointments and monthly coaching sessions.

• Utilize a sales management system tailored for the mobile mortgage sales environment.

• Establish and oversee an independent mortgage practice leveraging TD’s brand.

• Cultivate and sustain customer relationships.

• Generate new business and monitor customer activities with a flexible work schedule.

• Familiarity with retail banking and/or credit adjudication.
