• Expand the mortgage sector and enhance the customer base.

• Focus on obtaining referrals from realtors, builders, financial planners, and other influential contacts.

• Enhance sales techniques and credit expertise through specialized sales training.

• Integrate into TD's employee-centric corporate culture and collaborative team environment.

• Collaborate with the Sales Manager through joint sales meetings and monthly coaching sessions.

• Utilize a sales management system specifically designed for the sales channel.

• Develop and oversee a personal business leveraging TD's brand identity.
