Mobile Mortgage Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Expand the mortgage clientele through referrals from real estate agents, builders, financial advisors, and other influential sources.

• Establish and nurture customer relationships.

• Implement mortgage development and sales strategies.

• Utilize TD’s sales management platform to oversee sales activities.

• Engage in specialized sales training to enhance sales abilities and credit knowledge.

• Collaborate with the Senior District Sales Manager through joint sales meetings and monthly coaching sessions.

• Create an independent business leveraging TD’s brand.

• Assist customers via TD’s Personal & Commercial Banking division.

• Experience in generating new business in a dynamic and competitive environment.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, customer service, networking, and relationship management abilities.

• Familiarity with retail banking and/or credit adjudication is preferred.

• Post-secondary education is desirable.

• Must adhere to relevant provincial employment regulations in Canada.
