This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Assist clients in reaching their home ownership aspirations.

• Arrange meetings with clients at convenient locations and times.

• Offer professional mortgage advice and tailored product solutions.

• Foster meaningful relationships with clients and provide customized mortgage guidance.

• Work in partnership with Banking Centre teams to support financial planning.

• Gain insights into the local market and formulate sales strategies to convert leads into new CIBC clients.

• Establish networks, create business opportunities, and achieve impactful results.

• Cultivate relationships with internal teams and external realtors for referrals.

• Engage in community involvement and network development initiatives.

• Experience in banking and mortgage sectors.

• Capability to deliver expert mortgage advice and product solutions.

• Commitment to enhancing client experience and fostering personalized engagement.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with Banking Centre teams.

• Knowledge of the local market and potential client demographics.

• Skills in business development and sales planning.

• Proficient in relationship-building and networking.

• Active participation in community initiatives and ability to establish referral networks.

• Legally eligible to work in the specified location(s).

• Possession of a valid work or study permit where applicable.

• May be required to undergo an attribute-based assessment and other skills evaluations.

• Commitment to 37.5 hours of work per week.
