Mobile Maintenance Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Execute both scheduled and on-demand maintenance tasks logged in JLL’s CAFM system.

• Conduct routine inspections and repairs on building structures and facilities.

• Carry out basic plumbing and drainage repairs, water hygiene tasks, minor painting, carpentry/joinery, and various other maintenance activities in busy healthcare centers.

• Perform requested maintenance works in a professional and proactive manner.

• Collaborate with specialist subcontractors as needed.

• Keep precise site records and documentation related to site activities.

• Inspect services and proactively address any necessary repairs.

• Ensure company-issued tools are maintained in a safe and functioning condition.

• Provide detailed reports and escalate issues when appropriate.

• Handle, store, and utilize materials and equipment in line with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

• Participate in JLL's health and safety protocols, including risk assessments, good catch/near-miss reporting, and COSHH compliance.

• Perform other reasonable tasks as directed by the Contract Manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in building maintenance or facilities management.

• Proficiency in using PDA devices along with knowledge of computer software/CAFM systems.

• Completion of a Fabric Engineer apprenticeship, Carpentry & Joinery qualifications, or equivalent.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
