Mobile LVN/LPN – Per Diem, In-Home Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.

📋 Description

• Provide in-home clinical services to patients beginning therapy with complex medications.

• Travel to patients' homes within the specified geographic region.

• Perform blood specimen collection, ensure proper labeling, and manage transport.

• Adhere to laboratory safety, handling, and regulatory protocols.

• Conduct trained screenings, such as EKGs and macular edema screening examinations.

• Keep a tidy and organized work environment, including transportation and storage of supplies.

• Oversee and manage the inventory of clinical supplies.

• Work collaboratively with IQVIA’s clinical coordination team and submit visit-related documentation.

• Identify and report adverse events, medical product complaints, and patient inquiries.

• Maintain precise records of mileage and time logs.

⛳️ Requirements

• An active and unrestricted LPN or LVN license is required.

• A current CPR certification is mandatory.

• A minimum of 2 years of phlebotomy experience in clinical or field environments is required.

• At least 1 year of experience with EKGs is preferred.

• Certification as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) is preferred.

• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds is essential.

• Willingness and ability to travel up to 100 miles for patient visits is necessary.

• Proficiency in utilizing medical equipment and maintaining accurate documentation is required.

• Must be fluent in both spoken and written English.

• A valid driver’s license is mandatory.

• Subject to drug screening and background checks following the acceptance of an offer.
