
Mobile LVN/LPN – Per Diem In-Home Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Provide in-home clinical services to patients beginning therapy with complex medications.
• Travel to patient residences within the specified geographic area.
• Conduct in-home blood specimen collection, labeling, and transportation in accordance with policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Adhere to laboratory safety and specimen-handling protocols and deliver specimens to designated laboratories.
• Perform trained screenings, such as electrocardiograms (EKGs) and macular edema screening examinations.
• Maintain a tidy and organized work environment, including transportation and storage of supplies.
• Oversee and manage clinical supply inventory.
• Collaborate with IQVIA’s clinical coordination team and promptly and accurately submit visit-related documentation.
• Identify and report adverse events, medical product complaints, and patient inquiries.
• Keep precise mileage and time logs for reimbursement and compliance purposes.
• An active and unrestricted LPN or LVN license is required.
• A current CPR certification is mandatory.
• A minimum of 2 years of phlebotomy experience in clinical or field environments is required.
• At least 1 year of EKG experience is preferred.
• Certification as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) is preferred.
• Capability to lift up to 70 pounds for the transport of medical or diagnostic equipment.
• Willingness to travel up to 100 miles for patient visits.
• Proficiency in using medical equipment and maintaining proper documentation practices.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and will undergo a review of driving records prior to hiring.
• Required to complete a drug screening and background check upon accepting an offer.
• Flexible working hours.
• No minimum monthly visit requirement.
• Paid hourly compensation covers appointment time as well as travel time to and from the patient’s home.
• A minimum of 2 hours is guaranteed paid.
• Reimbursement at the IRS-standard mileage rate.
• Training is provided for EKGs and macular edema screening examinations.
