Mobile LVN/LPN – Per Diem, In-Home Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.

📋 Description

• Provide in-home clinical services to patients beginning therapy with complex medications.

• Conduct in-home blood specimen collection, labeling, and transportation in accordance with policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

• Adhere to laboratory safety and specimen-handling protocols, ensuring specimens are delivered to the appropriate laboratories.

• Perform trained screenings, such as electrocardiograms (EKGs) and macular edema screening exams.

• Keep a tidy and organized work environment, including transportation and supply storage.

• Oversee and manage the clinical supply inventory.

• Work in collaboration with IQVIA’s clinical coordination team to accurately and promptly complete and submit visit-related documentation.

• Identify and report adverse events, medical product complaints, and patient inquiries.

• Maintain precise mileage and time logs for reimbursement and compliance purposes.

⛳️ Requirements

• An active and unrestricted LPN or LVN license is required.

• Current CPR certification is required.

• A minimum of 2 years of phlebotomy experience in clinical or field settings is required.

• At least 1 year of EKG experience is preferred.

• Certification as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) is preferred.

• Capability to lift up to 70 pounds for the transportation of medical or diagnostic equipment.

• Willingness and ability to travel up to 100 miles to conduct patient visits.

• Proficiency in using medical equipment and maintaining proper documentation practices.

• Fluency in spoken and written English is essential.

• A valid driver’s license is required.

• Completion of a drug screening and background check is mandatory after accepting an offer.
