Mobile LVN/LPN – Per Diem, In-Home Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Travel to patients' homes to provide in-home clinical services for those beginning therapy with complex medications.

• Carry out blood specimen collection, labeling, and transport in accordance with policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

• Adhere to laboratory safety protocols and specimen handling procedures, delivering specimens to assigned laboratories.

• Conduct trained screenings, which include EKGs and macular edema examinations.

• Ensure a clean and organized working environment, as well as proper transportation and storage of supplies.

• Oversee and manage the inventory of clinical supplies.

• Collaborate with IQVIA’s clinical coordination team, promptly and accurately submitting visit-related documentation.

• Identify and report any adverse events, medical product complaints, and patient inquiries.

• Keep precise mileage and time logs for reimbursement and compliance purposes.


⛳️ Requirements

• An active and unrestricted LPN or LVN license is required.

• Current CPR certification is mandatory.

• A minimum of 2 years of phlebotomy experience in clinical or field settings is necessary.

• At least 1 year of EKG experience is preferred.

• Certification as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) is preferred.

• Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds to transport medical or diagnostic equipment.

• Willingness and ability to travel up to 100 miles for patient visits is required.

• Proficiency in operating medical equipment and maintaining proper documentation practices is essential.

• Fluency in both spoken and written English is required.

• A valid driver’s license is necessary.

• Completion of a drug screening and background check is required following the acceptance of an offer.
