Mobile Implementation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Travel across the United States to engage directly with US government clients at various locations.

• Assist in establishing workflow, project design, training, execution, and delivery of selected programs.

• Act as the primary operational contact during the client lifecycle.

• Lead the design of solutions and oversee onboarding, training, implementation, and the successful transition to ongoing account management.

• Comprehend client workflows, requirements, and risk objectives.

• Provide comprehensive solutions and conduct training for client groups.

• Clarify project plans, procedures, FAQs, and training materials to clients.

• Serve as the initial operational lead for Project Managers and Client Partner Liaisons.

• Visit client sites to initiate projects and uphold company values and processes.

• Collaborate with internal and external team members on client goals and business objectives.

• Ensure that project manager goals and government requirements are executed and delivered.

• Maintain the business integrity of programs while adhering to internal policies, training materials, and standards.

• Cultivate strong working relationships across accounts and deliver a best-in-class client experience.

• Promote client adoption of Clearspeed solutions and identify opportunities to enhance and expand projects.

• Carry out additional related duties as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.

• 3-5 years of professional experience in customer service, project design, project implementation, or client success.

• Preferred experience within the US government and military.

• Experience in investigations, defense, or intelligence cycles is advantageous.

• Previous training in operational security, insider threat awareness, or risk management is a plus.

• Familiarity with project management, project delivery, or solution design is preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence at all levels.

• Customer-focused; capable of working independently and within a team environment.

• Outgoing, responsible, and able to operate within a team while traveling for extended durations.

• Available and willing to travel across the US as required, up to 75% travel.

• Must meet eligibility requirements for US Government security clearance.

• Must be a US citizen and eligible for a US Government security clearance.
