Mobile Growth Manager – ASO

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee client accounts while spearheading ASO projects for a variety of applications.

• Act as the primary point of contact for key ASO clients worldwide, engaging in regular meetings across multiple markets and languages.

• Assist Senior Consultants and Growth Leads in crafting ASO strategies and executing marketing campaigns.

• Provide briefs to designers and translators regarding creative experiments and the localization of app store assets.

• Conduct experiments and A/B tests to achieve optimal results for clients.

• Facilitate client check-ins, present outcomes, and guide clients through ASO methodologies and thought processes.

• Track and report on keyword rankings, conversion rates, and the effectiveness of experiments.

• Develop ASO methods and strategies to ensure client success and maintain a competitive advantage.

• Continuously enhance ASO expertise while staying informed about tools, technologies, and industry best practices.

• Create content and articles for the ASO knowledge base and contribute to the ASO Stack publication.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in mobile marketing, preferably with an app publisher, tool agency, or a comparable setting.

• At least 1 year of specialized experience in ASO.

• Demonstrated ability to be data-driven, with experience in analyzing data using Excel, Google Sheets, etc.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills; capable of discussing results and challenges with clients effectively.

• Collaborative team player with the ability to provide and receive constructive feedback while sharing knowledge.

• Strong project management capabilities.

• Comprehensive understanding of core mobile marketing methods and terminology.

• Outstanding verbal and written proficiency in English.

• Flexible, adaptable, and motivated; willing to thrive in a dynamic yet friendly work environment.

• Experience with Apple Ads is preferred.

• Familiarity with conversion topics and experimental approaches is an advantage.
