Mobile Application Tester

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Conduct manual testing of web applications

• Execute manual testing for iOS applications

• Carry out manual testing of Android applications

• Communicate and document the steps for reproducing bugs

• Develop and maintain regression test cases

• Analyze requirements and formulate detailed test scenarios

• Engage in daily software testing activities to enhance cloud-based software solutions

• Oversee workflow in Azure DevOps and validate completed development tasks

• Collaborate within a Scrum team that operates on 2-week sprint cycles

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance

• Proven experience in manually testing web applications

• Proven experience in manually testing iOS applications

• Proven experience in manually testing Android applications

• Strong ability to document and communicate bug reproduction steps clearly

• Proficient in creating and maintaining regression test cases

• Capable of analyzing requirements and crafting comprehensive test scenarios

• Basic understanding of relational database design (preferred)

• Experience with automated UI testing using Cypress (preferred)

• Familiarity with working in a Scrum environment (preferred)

• Experience utilizing Microsoft Azure DevOps for work tracking (preferred)
