ML/AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Data Science teams to deploy machine learning models into production.

• Create and implement GenAI solutions.

• Automate LLM/ML/AI processes for scalability and efficiency.

• Design, deliver, and oversee industrialized processing pipelines.

• Establish and execute best practices for ML model lifecycle and ML operations/LLM operations.

• Implement AI/MLOps/LLMOps frameworks and assist Data Science teams with best practices.

• Acquire and utilize knowledge of contemporary techniques, tools, and frameworks in ML Architecture and Operations.

• Collect technical requirements and estimate planned tasks.

• Present solutions, concepts, and outcomes to both internal and external stakeholders.

• Generate technical documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 6+ years of experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio / Azure AI Foundry, including hands-on experience in building enterprise AI agents.

• In-depth knowledge of Topics, triggers, variables, routing, fallback handling, Generative Answers, RAG, and knowledge grounding.

• Proficient in integrating with Power Automate, SharePoint, Dataverse, Microsoft Teams, Azure AI Search, and Azure OpenAI/Foundry models.

• Experience with citations, metadata-based retrieval, multilingual handling, prompt/instruction design, and agent troubleshooting.

• Familiarity with Power Platform ALM, Azure services, security, environments, and DEV/UAT/PROD deployments is advantageous.
