ML/AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Data Science teams to deploy Machine Learning models into production.

• Create and deliver Generative AI solutions.

• Implement LLM/ML/AI automation to enhance scale and efficiency.

• Design, execute, and oversee industrial-grade processing pipelines.

• Establish and enforce best practices in the lifecycle of ML models and ML operations/LLM operations.

• Deploy AI/MLOps/LLMOps frameworks while assisting Data Science teams with established best practices.

• Accumulate and apply knowledge of contemporary techniques, tools, and frameworks in ML Architecture and Operations.

• Collect technical requirements and estimate the scope of planned work.

• Present solutions, concepts, and outcomes to both internal and external stakeholders.

• Produce technical documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6+ years of experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio / Azure AI Foundry, including hands-on experience in developing enterprise AI agents.

• Profound understanding of Topics, triggers, variables, routing, fallback handling, Generative Answers, RAG, and knowledge grounding.

• Proficient in integrating with Power Automate, SharePoint, Dataverse, Microsoft Teams, Azure AI Search, and Azure OpenAI/Foundry models.

• Experience with citations, metadata-based retrieval, multilingual processing, prompt/instruction design, and agent troubleshooting.

• Familiarity with Power Platform ALM, Azure services, security, environments, and DEV/UAT/PROD deployments would be an asset.
