ML Solution Architect – Early Talent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and evaluate LLM-based solutions and applications utilizing Token Factory’s inference services, which encompass multimodal text, vision, and audio models.

• Support senior Solutions Architects with prompt engineering, model selection, benchmarking, and optimizing inference processes.

• Conduct performance and quality experiments to facilitate proof-of-concept initiatives.

• Contribute to the enhancement of internal tools and automation that boost the delivery capabilities of the Solutions Architect team.

• Collaborate closely with senior Solutions Architects under their mentorship.

• Work in partnership with the backend team.

• Gain insights into how scalable AI applications are developed and optimized on Nebius’s platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a BSc/MSc/PhD program in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related discipline.

• Proficient in Python programming.

• Practical experience with generative AI, including familiarity with mainstream ML frameworks such as PyTorch and Transformers.

• Excellent communication skills, with a readiness to articulate technical concepts to varied audiences.

• Authorized to work in the designated job location.

• Experience with deploying or serving LLMs using vLLM, SGLang, or TensorRT-LLM (preferred but not essential).

• Understanding of inference optimization methods including quantization, batching, caching, and routing (preferred but not essential).

• Awareness of model architectures and fine-tuning methodologies (preferred but not essential).

• Contributions to open-source ML/AI initiatives (preferred but not essential).

• Preferred technical stack encompasses Python; vLLM, SGLang, TensorRT-LLM, Transformers, OpenAI/Anthropic SDKs; LangChain, LangSmith, smolagents or similar; FastAPI; Flask; Kubernetes; Docker; Git; and AI platforms such as AWS, GCP, and Azure.
