ML Growth Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop scalable Python services and APIs suitable for production.

• Design, implement, and enhance AI functionalities utilizing LLMs and contemporary ML methods.

• Construct specialized edge models.

• Formulate unique labeling strategies and guide the labeling of data to facilitate model development.

• Transition AI systems from concept and prototype stages to dependable, observable production deployments.

• Work closely with product teams, founders, and stakeholders to influence product direction.

• Continuously refine system architecture, data pipelines, and ML/AI infrastructure.

• Strong foundation in software engineering with the capability to build reliable, maintainable, and extensible systems.

• Experience in taking charge of problem definition, delivering solutions, measuring outcomes, and iterating accordingly.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders.

• Enjoys teamwork and mentoring others.

• Proven experience as a Python developer and ML engineer.

• A minimum of 7 years of professional software engineering experience.

• Background in working with ML/AI systems within a production setting.

• Native or fluent English proficiency.

• Mastery of Python and its ecosystem.

• Expert knowledge of key ML modeling frameworks and the development of specialized ML models.

• Strong familiarity with YOLO; prior experience is advantageous.

• Solid foundation in Data Science.

• Extensive experience with Large Language Models.

• Proven skills in Docker containerization and CI/CD processes.

• Experience in early-stage startups is a plus.
