Mission Systems S/4HANA Quality Process Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.

📋 Description

• Act as the key quality representative for Mission Systems, facilitating the integration of operational processes and tools into the SAP S/4HANA deployment.

• Manage operations involvement across various enterprise workstreams, including R2R, O2C, S2P, and P2S.

• Collaborate with operations, supply chain, engineering, and finance teams to incorporate operational quality requirements into system design and deployment strategies.

• Direct the design, standardization, and implementation of quality processes within SAP S/4HANA.

• Ensure the integration of quality across planning, warehousing, manufacturing, transportation, and fulfillment sectors.

• Establish and execute quality master data, material movement, warehouse, and inventory control processes.

• Align the quality management capabilities of SAP S/4HANA with manufacturing, planning, and distribution operations.

• Oversee site readiness through business simulations, user acceptance testing, quality data validation, and operational readiness initiatives.

• Assist with the integration of the Mission Systems digital thread, which encompasses engineering product definitions, ERP production planning, and Manufacturing Execution Systems.

• Engage in ERP deployment activities, including process validation, system testing, and operational readiness planning.

• Coordinate the quality organization's involvement during deployment phases.

• Aid in post-deployment stabilization to maintain alignment and effectiveness of quality processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Generally requires a University Degree or equivalent experience, along with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field with at least 7 years of experience.

• Over 5 years of experience in a quality organization.

• More than 5 years of experience with SAP.

• U.S. citizenship is mandatory.

• Proven experience in supporting ERP transformation initiatives, particularly SAP S/4HANA deployments.

• Experience in coordinating operational integration across enterprise workstreams such as P2S, O2C, S2P, or R2R.

• Strong comprehension of quality processes and tools.

• Experience with system integrations and deployments.

• Knowledge of quality process concepts within Mission Systems and Collins Aerospace.

• Demonstrated capability to manage complex enterprise transformation projects involving cross-functional teams.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% both domestically and internationally.
