This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Provide support for the Department of Defense’s Spouse Education & Career Opportunities (SECO) contract, with a specific emphasis on the Military Spouse Employment Partnership (MSEP).
• Develop and nurture professional relationships with key individuals within assigned MSEP partner accounts.
• Design and implement strategic marketing action plans tailored to client needs and performance goals.
• Continuously evaluate and validate customer requirements.
• Engage in outreach events, career fairs, and informational sessions both in-person and online.
• Conduct research on stakeholder business sectors, industry developments, and current events to foster collaborative relationships.
• Provide training and education to new corporate partner representatives regarding the MSEP program.
• Act as a liaison for employment connections among spouses, installations, and stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain connections with military installation points of contact.
• Promote collaboration among installations, MSEP partners, and stakeholders.
• Organize communications materials, event logistics, webinars, and impromptu partner meetings.
• Record stakeholder information in both internal and client-specific account management systems.
• Oversee and execute new stakeholder onboarding, including project planning, quality assurance, and client meetings.
• Maintain program databases and metrics, implementing quality assurance processes.
• Collaborate with the Annual Meeting/New Partner Induction lead on content, partner data, and onsite assistance.
• Ensure that operational performance, deadlines, quality control, and performance standards are consistently met.
• No supervisory duties involved.
• A bachelor's degree in education, human/social services, or a related field, or four years of experience in providing social services, behavioral health, or adult training.
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in training development and delivery, public speaking, group presentation, and facilitation skills, preferably within adult education, medical, or non-medical settings.
• At least two (2) years of experience supervising or overseeing the provision of social services and/or education programs, systems, and services.
• Proven professional experience in cultivating, managing, and building relationships with clients across various geographical areas, along with the ability to network effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Familiarity with mobile military culture and lifestyle.
• Capacity to adhere to established business processes, comprehend client needs, and provide prompt issue resolution.
• Strong client-customer focus for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented, customer-service environment.
• Willingness and availability to travel to Career Fairs, Networking events, and/or industry trade shows as required; travel may range from 10–25%.
• U.S. Citizenship is necessary for positions that require access to U.S. Government facilities and systems.
• A valid driver's license, transportation, and auto insurance are mandatory for positions that require access to U.S. Government facilities and systems.
• Must successfully complete and pass the full government background check process relevant to the role.
• Capability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
