This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Oversee relationships with around a dozen Manufacturer Sales Representatives for Midwest Electrical Products.
• Propel and guarantee profitable growth by enhancing Midwest Electrical Products' market penetration and expansion efforts.
• Set key sales objectives and implement metrics and measurement tools to track performance.
• Evaluate pricing impacts in collaboration with the Product Management team to identify, monitor, and maintain or exceed sales market price levels.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers, Representatives, Commercial Operations, and Strategic Customers to uncover opportunities and deliver actionable proposals.
• Work alongside peers in Commercial Operations.
• Engage in negotiations of key contracts.
• Comprehend and address commercial elements such as project duration, project location, and fundamental terms and conditions.
• Offer guidance to teams while actively seeking knowledge for personal growth, as well as coaching and mentoring team members.
• At least 10 years of market experience in contract negotiations and/or a sales role within the electrical distribution sector.
• A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college in a related field.
• Familiarity with the electrical distribution and/or electrical construction industries.
• Preferred experience in managing sales representatives.
