Mid/Senior .NET MAUI Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and sustain cross-platform applications utilizing .NET MAUI, C#, and XAML.

• Construct and integrate backend services and cloud components on AWS.

• Produce clean, testable code while managing unit and integration testing for delivered features.

• Facilitate technical discussions and mentor or coordinate tasks within a small, efficient team.

• Convert business requirements from non-technical founders into technical solutions, trade-offs, and prioritized items in the backlog.

• Collaborate on architectural decisions, conduct code reviews, and promote continuous improvement of development practices.

• Effectively communicate progress, risks, and recommendations clearly and proactively across different time zones.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong expertise in C#, .NET, and XAML.

• Practical experience in building and launching applications with .NET MAUI.

• Hands-on knowledge of AWS services pertinent to application development and deployment.

• Capable of deploying applications to both Android and iOS platforms.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently while leading or coordinating efforts in small teams.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Experience working directly with non-technical stakeholders (founders, product owners) to clarify requirements, resolve issues, and prioritize tasks.

• Strong understanding of software engineering principles: version control, testing, CI/CD concepts, and clean architecture.

• Legally authorized to work in the Philippines.
