This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Assist in the design, configuration, and deployment of docuflow middleware solutions.

• Set up and manage connections and integrations among enterprise systems.

• Contribute to the development and support of system interfaces utilizing middleware and integration technologies.

• Diagnose interface, connectivity, and integration challenges.

• Monitor integration flows and system performance to help pinpoint potential issues.

• Aid in deployments, upgrades, and production-related incidents.

• Support implementation and assistance projects across various customer environments.

• Collaborate with SAP, infrastructure, and customer teams to grasp technical requirements and resolve issues.

• Engage in customer meetings and project discussions.

• Manage assigned tasks across multiple projects while prioritizing work according to project demands.

• Maintain technical documentation and communicate issues, solutions, and recommendations effectively.

• Progress towards becoming a primary technical contact for customers and projects.


⛳️ Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in software development, system integration, middleware, or a related technical domain.

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

• A solid foundation in Java and/or .NET development.

• Understanding of software development principles, object-oriented programming, and troubleshooting techniques.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Ability to comprehend how various systems communicate and share data.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Capacity to convey technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Comfortable in a customer-facing role.

• Ability to work effectively across different time zones, especially during European or Eastern and Atlantic Canada business hours.

• Proficiency in German is advantageous but not mandatory.
