Middle ASO Specialist – Technical Interviewer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Conducting technical interviews with ASO specialists who are preparing for actual interviews.

• Independently selecting the format, questions, and approach based on the candidate's level and market requirements.

• Objectively assessing the technical proficiency of the specialist and their alignment with the stated level: Junior, Middle, or Senior.

• Verifying real-world practices based on candidates' responses.

• Identifying strengths and areas for growth.

• Providing recommendations for preparation for real interviews.

• Preparing and delivering structured feedback to the candidate.

• Compiling a concise structured summary for the team regarding the technical level, soft skills, and recommendations.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial experience in ASO for mobile applications.

• Hands-on experience with Apple Search Ads, SplitMetrics, AppsFlyer, Asolytics, or Sensor Tower, Tableau.

• Experience in conducting technical interviews for ASO positions at the Junior/Middle level.

• Experience in providing written feedback with competency assessments and areas for growth.

• Understanding of current market demands for ASO specialists and the ability to verify this through practical cases.

• Punctuality and responsibility, ensuring timely start of calls and feedback within agreed timelines.

• A well-maintained LinkedIn profile or willingness to update it.
