
Mid-Market Vendor Services Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee a substantial portfolio of mid-market and other high-value client accounts.
• Act as the primary contact for TPRM concerning assigned accounts.
• Establish trusted relationships with compliance officers, risk managers, and vendor management leaders.
• Assist clients throughout the post-sales lifecycle, including service timelines, deliverables, and expectations.
• Address client inquiries and offer insights on vendor management best practices.
• Recognize account risks, service gaps, and opportunities for optimization.
• Coordinate the collection of due diligence documentation with the Vendor Operations Team.
• Delegate and supervise the work of TPRM Specialists to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Track progress and relay updates, vendor issues, and service completions to clients.
• Facilitate vendor services onboarding, annual service cycles, and training programs.
• Spot account growth opportunities, including additional tiers, monitoring services, and one-time reviews.
• Collaborate with Implementation, Customer Success, Vendor Operations, Risk Analysts, and Product teams.
• Maintain a working knowledge of Ncontracts’ TPRM software suite and Vendor Management services.
• Suggest process enhancements that align with regulatory requirements and industry trends.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar client-facing role.
• Proven experience managing multiple client accounts or projects at the same time.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with compliance, risk, or operational stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (preferred).
• Professional certifications in Vendor Management, Risk Management, or related areas (preferred).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Capacity to influence cross-functional teams.
• Capability to provide product training and clarify system functionalities.
• Skill in identifying cross-sell and up-sell prospects.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
