This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Qualify and convert Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) across various industries within the Mid-Market segment.
• Generate a robust pipeline for the sales team.
• Proactively identify opportunities through focused outbound initiatives.
• Complete the onboarding process and commence primary Business Development Representative (BDR) duties.
• Master the methodology for pitching and qualifying inbound leads.
• Learn effective cold calling and personalized email strategies.
• Qualify leads and create opportunities for Account Executives.
• Develop Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) for the Sales team.
• Send tailored, strategic, value-driven emails and social communications.
• Utilize tools such as SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong, and other relevant software.
• Qualify incoming demo requests from the website.
• Contribute innovative lead generation ideas during weekly meetings.
• Meet and exceed monthly targets for demos, meetings, and qualified opportunities.
• Identify and utilize compelling new business pathways for targeted outreach.
• Become a subject matter expert on the 360Learning platform and disseminate knowledge throughout the organization.
• Engage in client and larger team meetings, trade shows, and other events.
• A Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of 4-6 months of experience in a B2B SaaS environment, ideally as a BDR or SDR.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (SalesForce preferred) and Sales Engagement Software (SalesLoft preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Availability for client and larger team meetings, including Revenue Kick-Off and trade shows, with up to 5% travel annually.
• Willingness to travel to at least one trade show per year is mandatory.
