This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maine, +3 more states.
• Design and implement data-driven account and territory strategies for public sector agencies throughout New England, New York, and New Jersey.
• Establish and sustain a sales pipeline coverage of 3x to 5x quota through effective prospecting, territory marketing, outbound outreach, and leveraging partnerships.
• Collaborate with GSIs, ISVs, regional integrators, and channel partners during the entire deal cycle.
• Interact with Agency Directors, CFOs, CIOs, Heads of Procurement, and Capital Program Leaders using a consultative selling approach.
• Assist prospects in navigating government procurement procedures, including RFPs/RFIs, cooperative purchasing contracts, sole-source justifications, partner procurement pathways, and approval processes.
• Keep opportunity records updated in Salesforce and deliver weekly and quarterly sales forecasts.
• Conduct discovery sessions and customized product demonstrations to showcase Procore’s ROI for public infrastructure initiatives.
• Travel within the designated territory for client meetings, collaborative partner selling, conferences, presentations, and team offsite events.
• Over 5 years of direct B2B Software (SaaS) and/or Cloud solution sales experience.
• Proven history of consistently achieving or surpassing revenue goals.
• Strong preference for candidates with a background in Public Sector (SLED) sales.
• Experience in selling SaaS software and/or cloud-based enterprise workflow solutions.
• Proven success in working alongside GSIs, regional integrators, ISVs, and channel partners.
• Experience in co-selling and crafting joint value propositions.
• Ability to navigate public sector procurement vehicles, RFP processes, partner contract vehicles, and extended public-budget planning cycles.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Proven history of building trust and credibility with C-suite and Director-level stakeholders.
• Capability to independently develop and scale 3x to 5x quota coverage through outbound prospecting and territory mapping.
• Must reside within New England, New York, or New Jersey.
• Willingness to travel 25–30% of the time.
