This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Acquire new business within the UK Mid-Market sector.
• Develop and oversee a sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, and incoming opportunities.
• Evaluate and advance new business prospects.
• Handle the complete sales cycle from initial discovery to negotiation and closure.
• Meet and surpass new business objectives.
• Comprehend customer recruitment challenges and business goals.
• Provide customized product demonstrations.
• Create business cases that illustrate measurable commercial benefits.
• Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, People Leaders, and senior stakeholders to foster agreement.
• Formulate and implement territory plans.
• Generate opportunities through networking, LinkedIn, and strategic outbound efforts.
• Work in partnership with SDRs, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and disciplined opportunity management practices.
• Ensure precise forecasting and CRM upkeep.
• Utilize structured sales methodologies and best practices.
• Provide market insights and customer feedback to inform commercial strategy.
• Demonstrated success in securing new business within the B2B SaaS sector.
• Ideally possess 2–5 years of experience in a closing role, managing complete sales cycles and consistently meeting quotas.
• Consultative and customer-oriented sales approach.
• Experience with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, SPICED, or similar is advantageous.
• Driven to build a pipeline, create opportunities, and secure new business.
• Capability to own and develop a designated territory.
• Ability to establish trust with HR, Talent, and business leaders.
• Confidence in presenting to decision-makers and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Discipline in pipeline management, CRM accuracy, and forecasting.
• Must be based in the UK.
