Mid-Level Systems Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with partners and clients to ensure seamless integration between Mercafacil and external systems.

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance existing integrations.

• Oversee the development and acceptance testing of integrations in collaboration with stakeholders.

• Manage testing environments to validate new integrations and verify transacted information.

• Document and provide comprehensive project information to support internal knowledge sharing.

• Resolve complex technical issues that arise during projects.

• Monitor integrations by analyzing databases and transacted information.

• Analyze logs and observe monitoring dashboards.

• Estimate technical efforts and customization costs for both technical and commercial proposals.

• Gather client customization requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

• Lead ERP migrations, ensuring continuity of integration and data integrity.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT Management, or a related discipline.

• Daily experience in troubleshooting and debugging JSON logs.

• Familiarity with Linux/Windows operating systems, including process management, software installation, and remote access.

• Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, with the ability to create and analyze queries to interpret data.

• Understanding of systems integration methods and best practices, including APIs and Web Services.

• Experience with or exposure to tools such as JIRA, Postman, MongoDB, Grafana, or similar applications.

• Ability to analyze and interpret complex data from various sources and structure reasoning when assessing project scopes or issues.

• Strong interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders, understanding their needs, and clearly presenting solutions.

• Preferred qualifications include advanced English proficiency; certification in agile methodologies; coursework in Project Management; knowledge of development-hour pricing and estimation; experience with CRM or e-commerce projects and integrations; experience leading API-based integration projects; technical support experience; and experience with ERP migration or replacement.
