Mid-Level Systems Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Manage and resolve Incident and Service Request tickets escalated to the N2 support level.

• Continuously oversee the availability, performance, and integrity of technology environments utilizing corporate tools.

• Analyze alerts, events, and operational indicators to identify risks and deviations before they lead to service disruptions.

• Conduct technical investigations of incidents by utilizing logs, SQL queries, monitoring metrics, and observability tools.

• Execute operational routines, contingency procedures, and support activities in line with established processes.

• Promote continuous improvement initiatives for monitoring, support, and incident management processes.

• Assist in reducing recurring failures by analyzing trends and pinpointing automation opportunities.

• Perform initial diagnostics and identify potential root causes of ongoing issues.

• Document evidence, analyses, and action plans within ticket management tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed or ongoing higher education.

• Intermediate knowledge of SQL Server.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

• Experience in data analysis.

• Understanding of programming logic.

• Familiarity with Elasticsearch is a plus.
