Mid-Level Structural Engineer – Precast Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Design and create innovative precast concrete products.

• Develop and review comprehensive structural drawings and 'Issued For Manufacture' documentation.

• Assist in the development of lifting designs while ensuring compliance with safety standards.

• Participate in New Product Development (NPD) projects from initial concept through to implementation.

• Perform advanced structural calculations and analyses for intricate precast components.

• Work collaboratively with manufacturing teams to enhance design efficiency.

• Mentor junior engineers and offer technical support.

• Lead initiatives for process improvements and help establish best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline.

• 4-6 years of demonstrated experience in structural engineering, particularly in precast concrete.

• Proficient in CAD software (SolidWorks preferred).

• Strong grasp of concrete structure design principles and industry standards.

• Experience with finite element analysis software and Building Information Modeling (BIM) concepts.

• Capability to independently manage smaller projects.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.

• Strong communication skills, adept at conveying complex technical concepts.

• Self-motivated and experienced in working in remote environments.
