Associate Director – Civil Engineering

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversee and provide guidance to a team of civil engineers engaged in infrastructure development projects.

• Assist in acquiring new projects and nurturing long-term relationships with clients.

• Ensure both technical excellence and commercial viability across all projects.

• Collaborate with AECOM’s broader multidisciplinary teams.

• Provide civil engineering services throughout the entire project lifecycle, from feasibility and planning to detailed design and construction.

• Engage in projects related to drainage, highways, flood risk management, water infrastructure, and Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS).

⛳️ Requirements

• Chartered Civil Engineer (or its equivalent qualification).

• Proven experience in a senior or leadership position.

• Robust background in delivering development infrastructure projects for both public and private sector clients.

• Capability to build teams, mentor junior engineers, and take full responsibility for work.
